Excellent facilities. Swimming pool, games room is there. If you are feeling bored, then you don't need to go outside. Just enjoy in swimming pool, play carrom, table tennis or chess. Restaurant is excellent. Staff is very helpful and courteous.

Property’s location is very good, well connected to north area of goa. Well maintained property and rooms. They even upgraded my room for free by themselves. Not tasted food though

Room cleaning service (once daily) received only after reminding 5times in 3 hrs. Restaurant food quality not good, price & quantity different from menu, price is abnormally high. Room smelly, full of cockroaches, mosquitoes.
